Tira-mousse-u?

Tonight, I’m going to be hanging out with a couple of friends, watching the new episode of Doctor Who, and having a feast of Shepherd’s pie and Tiramisu. My friend Alex is making the Shepherd’s Pie and I just finished making the Tiramisu. I didn’t use a recipe, and the store by my house didn’t have marscapone cheese so I used cream cheese instead. I also melted a Ghirardelli dark chocolate/sea salt/almond bar and mixed it with whipped cream for a sneaky layer of chocolate mousse in the middle. I only did that because I bought the chocolate bar for the guy who dumped me, and I wanted to get rid of it. I have to work from 2 - 6, but it’s mostly training so it’s ok. I am so excited for tonight! Also, I got to see a couple of friends last night who just came back from school in Calgary, and we played video games and discussed some ideas for D&D, so I am stoked for that as well. :D
